Our Company
Gecko Gary’s Inc. was founded on October 1, 1999. The Scottsdale, Arizona
based company distributes its own brand of hot sauces, Gecko Gary’s Roasted
Red Pepper Sauce, OUCHipotle and Thai Juan On.
It also manufactures its own Barbecue Sauce, Salsas and Spice blend.
Our mission is to provide our customers with Tongue Roastin’ Tail Toastin’
Good products in tact and on time. We guarantee satisfaction and amusement.
All products manufactured and sold by Gecko Gary’s are FDA approved and
list nutritional information.
Gary's Bio
Gary
Soultanian is an award-winning chef. He is the Founder and Executive Chef of
Gecko Gary’s Incorporated.
Soultanian’s background includes working as a chef at Café La Mirage in
Southern California.
He started Gecko Gary’s 3 years ago. His sauces and seasonings have earned
him 8 international awards. 
In 2001 Gecko Gary’s original hot sauce was voted Chile Pepper Magazine’s
Habanero Hot Sauce of the Year.
Soultanian is currently a guest chef / Instructor at Sur La Table Culinary
School in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is also a contributing expert in the Food
section of the Arizona Republic. He’s made numerous television appearances
including Fox News, NBC’s Today Show, Sonoran Living Show and the Food
Network.
Soultanian is a member of the American Culinary Federation. He resides in
Scottsdale, Arizona, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s
degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
Our Story
Gecko Gary and his Gecko Girl Cindy, met one sweltering
hot Scottsdale Arizona afternoon in July 1986. By the time the Sonoran
sun set, their lizard lips met. The Saguaros sang, the Javelinas hugged and the
Coyotes cried. "Leapin lizards...they're in love!!!!
Gecko Gary scurried off with his girl. With only
the diamonds on their backs, the two were determined to dwell in the deserts of
Scottsdale. Tired of losing his tail from time to time, Gary would come home and prepare
gourmet grub for his Gecko girl. He loved to relax as he created fine tastes for
their tongues.

"Your future as a gatherer is good, but your
gourmet talents are great!" said Cindy. "Why don't you combine
the two?"
"In good time," said the
Gecko.
Gary continued to climb the walls.
Afterall, two
Gidget Geckos had hatched. Thank goodness the Gecko Grandparents were close by.
They too liked Gary's gourmet grub. " Your hot sauces, salsas and dusts
are the best in the desert!" they said.
So Gary got busy. He scampered from Camelback to
Mummy Mountain...from the McDowells to Pinacle Peak. The desert was dancing!
He blended the robust flavor of Roasted Red Pepper and Red Ripened Jalapenos in all of his own hot sauces. Again the
Saguaros sang, the Javelinas hugged, the Coyotes cried and the Snakes even smiled.
They loved Gecko Gary's gourmet sauces. "It's Tongue Roastin', Tail
Toastin'
Good!"
So now the Geckos' are sharing their tastes with you.
