Thai Juan Spareribs

1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

2 Tbs. honey

2 Tbs. Dijon-style mustard

2 Tbs. Gecko Gary's Thai Juan On™ hot sauce

1 Tsp. onion powder

3 lbs. pork spareribs cut into 1 rib portions

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.  Add the ribs and thoroughly coat.  Reserve the sauce.  Place the ribs meat side up in a 9X13 microwave safe dish.  Let marinate for 15 minutes.  Cover and microwave on medium - high 70% for 14 minutes.  Rotate the dish once.  Remove the ribs and grill on medium - high heat for 8 - 10 minutes brushing occasionally with the reserved sauce.  Be careful not to burn the ribs.  Can also bake in the oven not covered at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.  Brush once with the reserved sauce.
