Gecko Gary's Sonoran Grilled Corn Salsa

3 Tbsp. olive oil, 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

1 - 15oz can of black beans

1 red bell pepper coarsely chopped

1 large clove garlic crushed and chopped fine

1/2 cup onion chopped

2 Roma tomatoes seeded and coarsely chopped

1 cup grilled corn

1 heaping Tbsp Gecko Gary's Roasted Red Pepper Hot Sauce™

1 Tbsp. dried cumin

1 Tsp. Gecko Gary's Sonoran Seasons™ ( or any seasoning of your choice )

1 Tbsp. cilantro 

1 Tsp. salt

1 Tsp. black pepper

Drain and rinse the  beans well.  Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. Gently fold over to coat the vegetables.  Refrigerate for at least one hour.  Serve with chips or as a side dish to fish or pork.
