Habanero Hot Sauce

2 cups white vinegar

4 fresh orange habaneros finely chopped (with seeds)

6 red jalapeno finely chopped (with seeds)

1 Tsp Kosher salt

2 medium cloves garlic chopped

1/4 Tsp. ground oregano

1/4 Tsp. ground cumin

1/2 Tsp. mustard powder

1/2 Tsp. onion powder

In a blender on high, blend all of the above ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add the sauce to a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.  

Carefully add to your favorite jar and seal. Keep refrigerated
