Mix all ingredients in a blender
and in an oven proof pan brush 1/2 of the marinate onto the
ribs. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Add one cup
of beer to the pan, cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
F. Reserve the marinade. Transfer the ribs from the
pan to the grill and BBQ on low to med heat for 30 minutes. Avoid
direct heat. Periodically brush on the remaining marinade.
Make sure the pork is completely cooked and very tender.
