Gecko Fish Taco's with Lime Chipotle Mayo |

lbs fresh halibut filets at least 3/4 " thick
1
cup mayo
1
tsp fresh lime juice
1/4
tsp. Kosher salt
2
Tbsp. Gecko Gary's OUCHipotle™ Hot Sauce
Flour
tortillas, shredded cabbage, cheddar/ jack cheese
Fresh
salsa

| Brush the halibut filets with
canola oil. Lightly season with salt and pepper and grill on
medium heat 7 minutes per side or until the fish is opaque in the
middle. Place 2 - 3 ounces of fish in a taco and spoon on 1
Tbsp. lime chipotle mayo. Garnish each taco with 1 Tbsp. fresh
salsa, some cheese and top with the shredded cabbage.
Lime Chipotle Mayo
In a non reactive bowl, mix the mayo, lime juice, salt
and OUCHipotle™. Cover and let sit for 1 hour. |
