AvoTillo Salsa

12 Tomatillos, husked and rinsed well

1 small red onion quartered

6 garlic cloves

3 jalapeno chiled seeded

½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

2 Tbs. fresh lime juice

2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced

½ Tsp. Gecko Gary’s Sonoran Seasons

Salt to taste

In a large skillet with high heat, add the first four ingredients until charred in spots but still firm about five minutes, turning occasionally to create charred spots all over. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and briefly pulse to a coarse chop
